Orders are processed within 2-5 Business Days.

If you choose an expedited method, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Worlwide Express, It does NOT mean your order leaves the same day. All orders placed after 2:00pm EST will process the next business day. This does not mean the order will ship the next business day though we make every effort to ship within one business day after processing (This INCLUDES Expedited shipping). If you have an expedited time you need to have your order received, please call us at 954-983-0451.

During any HOLIDAY, including but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Passover, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc., order will ship within 7-10 business days.

No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Because we ship from many warehouses through out the United States, we can not guarantee shipment day. Although 99% of our orders ship same day or next day, there are a small percentage of orders that can take up to 3-6 days to ship.

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Worlwide Express, Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

• GrillClinic.com has gas grill parts for models not shown below. Manufacturers frequently append suffixes to their model numbers to indicate whether it is Natural Gas (NG) or Liquid Propane (LP). Or whether the grill head is mounted on a post, cart or patio pedestal. Sometimes they add letters to indicate the color, such as BLK for Black, or BL for Blue. As a result of these and other variations, the same basic model will be sold with a number of different model numbers, but they use the same parts.

• All pricing is subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions. Prices, part numbers and availability are subject to change at any time by the manufacture, which may result in slight variation of advertised goods. GrillClinic.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

• Typographical Errors by GrillClinic.com In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, GrillClinic.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GrillClinic.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, GrillClinic.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Costs:

We ship our items via UPS unless otherwise stated. Some UPS Charges, ie Express, International, etc. are calculated after order has been placed. Shipping is not FREE. If you are unsure about any shipping option, please refer to UPS.com.

Canada - If you choose UPS Standard to Canada, Brokerage Fees, Import Fees, Duties and taxes are NOT included. You will be required to pay these fees upon receiving your product.

Canada Worldwide Express - Bond Fees Are NOT Included in the Shipping Costs.

International - ALL International Shipments MUST select UPS Worldwide. Your order will be modified accordingly. UPS Ground is NOT an international option.

GrillClinic.com does not assume responsibility for any transportation delays or damage to the product during delivery.

GrillClinic.com does not assume any import fees, duties or taxes when shipping international, including Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. We pride ourselves on Customer satisfaction. Returned items for exchange will be credited to your original form of payment and a new invoice will be generated for the replacement item(s). We will gladly accept exchanges under the following policy:

Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resaleable Condition. All exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #). The cost to ship the product back to GrillClinic.com will be paid by the customer. The cost to ship the new product(s) will be paid by the customer.

We will return your purchase less shipping if you do not want your item. You MUST return your product within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The item/merchandise MUST be in Unused and Original Packaging and in Resaleable Condition!

You MUST obtain an RMA number or the item will be refused.

After 30 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given. No Refunds After 30 Days

* Damages must be reported immediately.
* If you do not inspect your shipment for damages right away, we cannot be held responsible for the damages later.

Cancellation

Orders CANNOT be Changed or Cancelled once they are placed.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. There is a 10% Restocking Fee For All Cancellations.

REFUSED MERCHANDISE:

If you refuse your merchandise you will be charged for return shipping charges as well as a 50% restocking fee.
